### 1/5 — Awful

*2024-12-26*

I signed up for a monthly subscription which includes a 1 week free trial. Despite receiving confirmation of my subscription and reaching out to IT for help multiple times, I am still unable to even log into the app 5 days later. I was hoping to test ride and switch to this app (instead of Ladder) if I liked it, but unfortunately the tech aspect is so bad I haven’t been able to even try a workout!

### 5/5 — Has kept me on track- great results!

*2024-06-26*

I feel stronger and look stronger! So happy with this program that I can do from my basement!

### 5/5 — Brilliant content in a great, easy, user friendly format

*2024-03-01*

For anyone interested in learning how to use kettlebells and other strength equipment properly, and just establishing general comfort in the gym, Lacee and this app are an excellent resource. And for deep kettlebell experts, the app is an incredible resource for fun, efficient, thoughtfully-programmed classes — with bigger picture structure. I’ve been studying kettlebells for a decade (and have some certifications) and have known / known of Lacee, the creator of Bells Up, for a while. She is an incredibly smart, humble, inspirational resource and I always look forward to opening the app to see what new gems she’s added for the week. The format is lovely and easy to use also.

### 5/5 — Quality Program

*2023-12-30*

Gyms are not an option for me so having Bells Up that I can do in a home setting is a game changer! I get a quality and challenging program with minimal equipment. The instruction that Lacee gives is first-class! I can’t imagine not having Bells Up in my exercise routine.

### 5/5 — Love this App

*2023-09-20*

Just get it !

### 5/5 — Nothing else like it- THE BEST!

*2023-07-26*

I started training with kettlebells 10 years ago after an injury sidelined me from running and dancing. I quickly fell in love with bells, but sadly my coach moved across town and I just couldn’t get to classes anymore. Since then, I’ve been looking for programming to do at home, and let me tell you, a lot of it is B O R I N G. Effective, sure, but I can’t do the exact same thing every day for a month. BellsUp gives me exactly what I am missing by not being able to do in-person classes: fresh content is always coming, the programming is smart and progressive, you learn new movements and skills but its always rooted in a foundational movement (so not just being novel for novelty’s sake), and the cuing is exactly what I need. Following along with the videos, Lacee does an amazing job of threading the coaching needle where I feel pushed to pick up the heavier weight or go an extra rep, while also having the grace and option to take a modification if I need to. Classes leave me feeling like I worked really hard, but I’m not destroyed. Plus, sometimes there’s puppies!

### 5/5 — Kettlebell Queen

*2023-07-21*

I’ve been doing Bellsup for well over a year. Lacee is amazing. Explains movements that are easy to master. These programs are geared for anyone from beginners to experienced.. I’ve never been stronger at 60years old!!

### 5/5 — More than Kettlebells! Smart training & Fitness Education!

*2023-07-07*

I have always enjoyed kettlebells and Bells Up has been a great way to incorporate full body strength and conditioning into my training while learning how to hone in my kettlebells skills. I also “geek” out on all the education Lacee gives while instructing the classes! It’s so much more than kettlebells. She teaches the basics that are so important yet often overlooked components of a well structured smart training plan. The mobility warm ups and challenge to level up is also very much appreciated. Great quality programming!

### 5/5 — Awesome!!

*2023-06-26*

I am loving the bells up app!

### 5/5 — Great program!

*2023-06-07*

This has been a great program to work on overall strength and mobility.
