I found Leilah on YouTube in lockdown when I was looking for something to help with hip flexibility and strengthening core after repeated running injuries. I’m now fully in love with the beauty and skill of belly dancing, and have abs and arms I’ve always wanted but never achieved through other workouts. The workouts are skilfully crafted - Leilah is a highly experienced personal trainer as well as a professional dancer - and the lessons on the app give you the chance to gain mastery over the moves.
