This update fixes an issue where your journal history could disappear after updating to version 2.0.

• If you were affected, Bellyx now finds the protected copy of your journal on your device and offers to restore it the next time you open the app
• A new option in Settings lets you recover your journal from a backup at any time
• Additional safeguards protect your entries during every future update

Your data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync. If anything still looks wrong, contact support from the app — we'll help.

Version 2.0 makes your log more dependable than ever.

• Duplicate entries that could show up when you use iPhone and Apple Watch together are now cleaned up automatically
• Deleted entries stay deleted — they no longer come back after a Watch sync
• Much stronger protection for your data, with automatic recovery if something ever goes wrong
• A more accurate regularity score if you often log late at night or around midnight
• Home screen widgets are more reliable and refresh properly
