Organizarea și administrarea sunt foarte slabe. Am participat la un turneu cu miză de 200 de monede. Am ajuns în finală, iar exact în acel moment aplicația a dat eroare și m-a scos din joc. Nu am mai putut reveni, iar ca rezultat am pierdut atit taxa de participare (200 monede), cât și premiu (am ajuns la finala) Iar la finala am primit o recompensa absurda de 400 de monede. Este inacceptabil ca într-un turneu cu miză să apară astfel de erori tehnice fără ca jucătorii să fie despăgubiți. Pare că aplicația este gestionată defectuos, iar utilizatorii suportă consecințele. Mai mult decât atât, când am încercat să discut problema pe grupul lor de Telegram, în loc să primesc suport, am fost blocat. Asta spune multe despre cât de „serios” este tratată comunitatea.
