In der neusten Version muss man sich nicht mehr jedes Mal einloggen. Dafür gibt es den einen Stern. Aber wenn man sich einloggen muss, weiss die App nicht, dass im Apple PW Store ein Account für hastobe hinterlegt ist. Face- oder Touch ID werden nicht unterstützt. Die Benutzerführung bis zum Start des Ladens finde ich befremdlich: Code Scannen. Ladestation erscheint als Eintrag und muss ausgewählt werden. Dann erscheint ein Fenster und fragt nach dem Vertrag mit dem man laden möchte. Ich habe nur einen, den muss ich auswählen und auf weiter klicken - jedesmal. Dann kommt ein Fenster und kündigt den Start des Ladevorgangs an, wenn alles richtig verbunden ist. Man muss wieder auf „weiter“ klicken. Dann ist man wieder im Startfenster und sieht über der Landkarte einen Eintrag mit Start- und Stoppbutton. Hier muss man warten und hoffen, dass der Ladevorgang wirklich startet. Ein Klick auf den Startbutton führt nämlich wieder zum Vertragsauswahlfenster. Das schlimmste ist aber, dass es Glücksache ist, ob das Laden wirklich startet. An den Ladesäulen liegt das nicht, denn mit Firmenkarten funktioniert das Laden zuverlässig. Ich habe mein e-Auto zwei Jahre und ~7 Accounts und leider ist das hier die unzuverlässigste und komplizierteste App. ### 1/5 — Langsame App *2022-01-29* App läd die Ladepunkte (zu) langsam, häufig muss man erstmal rein- und rausscrollen damit die Ladepunkte aktualisiert angezeigt werden. Eine Navigationslösung wäre wünschenswert… ### 1/5 — Funktioniert kaum *2021-12-31* Absoluter Schrott. Anmeldung an Ladestation mit RFID-Karte scheitert häufig; Anmeldung per App funktioniert NIE ### 1/5 — Login per FaceID ? *2021-04-21* Warum muss das initiale nicht veränderbare Passwort immer wieder eingegeben werden - wie wäre es mit dem LogIn über FaceID ? ### 1/5 — Nutzlos *2021-04-07* Login muss bei jedem erneuten Aufruf erneut erfolgen. Auch eine Erstellung eines persönlichen Passworts nicht möglich. Es kann immer nur das initial vergebene Passwort genutzt werden. Bei Verschieben der Karte erscheinen die verfügbaren Ladesäulen mit einer erheblichen Zeitverzögerung. Stark verbesserungsbedürftig.
