Those people, in many cases, also have reduced sight. Therefore, why is the app so dark with very definition between the images and the screen. If you have to have an app that conforms to the stereotypes of fashion, how about providing a button which switches to colours / brightness that people can distinguish between. Ps. I might add that the functionality is great and works great. However, that is useless if the user struggles to see it. ### 4/5 — When? *2026-07-16, version 1.43.1* When it works it’s great but sometimes says no connection and then a day later is fine again ### 3/5 — BeMore *2026-06-22, version 1.43.1* I’ve been struggling with this lately, whenever I’m in my car I have a constant whine in my ears that nobody else can hear🧏‍♀️ I’ve even tried driving with windows open. Also quite often the aids won’t connect either the app, I have to use the app or my hearing aids are useless. Deaf discrimination is still rife out there, even medical professionals who should know better just shout at me, so everyone around me hears but I still can’t. Also going into some buildings my hearing aids cut out completely. Trying to update the app and it’s refusing , hearing aids useless without it. I can’t hear a thing. ### 4/5 — Great hearing aids *2026-06-18, version 1.43.1* Takes a few weeks to used to the hearing aids but the app really helps start at a lower volume the gradually build up to set level. I cannot get any sound and even when I remove them, it still occurs. The most wonderful thing about them is that I can now use them like speakers in my ears, but as soon as I loose connection especially in one ear this is frustrating, annoying and I don’t always realise until this connection has been lost I just want to know why? As I have been back to my audiology lady 3 times in the past two months . So annoying and time consuming 🤦‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Regret getting these hearing aids *2026-04-09, version 1.43.1* Ever since I got my hearing aids (first time user of them) I have not been able to connect to my hearing aids for at least 50% of the time. Very frustrating, especially in noisy environments when I need them most and need to alter the setting. A GN representative informed me that they did have issues with the previous app update and the latest update back in March should fix it but still having issues. It says it can see them but it can’t connect. And it has NEVER worked with my android phone. Do better! ### 1/5 — Latest update issues *2026-03-14, version 1.43.1* The latest update has disabled the enhanced settings and is no longer recognised within Bluetooth on mobile device. This means you have to go through the pair new hearing aids process every time you wish to use the enhanced settings. Previously you would put your hearing aids in, it found them and you pressed the setting you needed. Took all of 20 second. Process is now very frustrating and prefer the previous version of the app. Also there is nowhere to raise issues with the app via the company website hence writing this review.
