Will not load… we tried for 10 minutes and it still would not load. The lady bug will walk in place forever!!

app wont go beyond loading screen…waited 10min still nothing. Deleted app and redownloaded, same thing. Restarted tablet same thing. Tried to contact developer to inform of issue and nothing but physical address 🙄 maybe now they can look into this as it notes just 2 days ago app was updated
