## What is Ben Pro?

Benyany Pro is the business side of Benyany — built for interior fit-out and design businesses that want one place to talk to clients, quote jobs, invoice, and get contracts signed, without juggling WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and paper.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Chat with every client in one real-time inbox, with read receipts and typing indicators
• Turn a client request into a quotation with line items, pricing, and VAT calculated for you
• Send quotations for review and get notified the moment a client accepts or declines
• Auto-generate an invoice from an accepted quotation and track it from sent to paid or overdue
• Send fit-out contracts for e-signature and see exactly when a client has signed
• Handle support tickets from clients without leaving the app
• Get push, email, and WhatsApp notifications for every message, quotation, invoice, and contract event
• Manage your team's access to client conversations
BUILT FOR HOW FIT-OUT BUSINESSES ACTUALLY WORK
Benyany Pro follows a real job from first message to final payment — chat, quotation, invoice, and contract are all linked to the same conversation, so nothing has to be re-typed or re-explained.
Available in English and Arabic.
Requires a Benyany Pro business account.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.10.61 — 2026-10-08

Improvements to offers and quotations, order loading and retry handling, and shared-project meeting access.

### 1.10.50 — 2026-09-30

Edit site visit report observations, severity, risks and actions, with improved Arabic text and quotation formatting.

### 1.10.48 — 2026-09-29

Set a quotation's total by hand and every line adjusts to match. Supplier prices written in the Gulf style (16/-) are now read correctly instead of arriving as zero. The assistant answers to the name you gave her throughout the app.

### 1.10.45 — 2026-09-28

Offers now price correctly when Maya rewrites a supplier's quotation: a margin is a margin, the supplier's own VAT is taken off before yours is added, and quantities stay quantities. You can also address a quotation to a party other than the chat's client.

Drawings and other landscape PDFs keep their real proportions, and stay sharp when you zoom in.

Payments and accepted quotations now reach you even when a Focus is on.

### 1.10.44 — 2026-09-24

Offers: sell a fixed-price package. When a client asks for one, the quotation is drafted for you at their price with your terms, so you send it instead of writing it. Set an advance percentage and accepting the offer issues an invoice the client can pay straight away.

Also in this release: material and finish selection, project scopes and staging, vendor quotations, a finance hub with expenses and statements, and Maya can now take instructions by voice or text.
