Did you reach out to support? ### 3/5 — Bench App quick feedback *2026-04-10* When a game is full, waitlist players should have priority, but right now: • they don’t get notified when spots open • they often can’t join even if they’re space. • spare invites, let other players jump ahead of them. This makes it unfair for the people who signed up first. Simple fix: • notify waitlist when a spot opens. • let them claim spots first (first come, first serve served) • don’t allow spare invites to override the waitlist. This would make things way more fair and reduce manual work for organizers. Even after troubleshooting and reinstalling the app several times ### 2/5 — Too expensive for what teams actually need *2025-04-13* Really disaponted that a recent update moved the push notification for when a player checks out of the game to the Pro account. Also hate the constant alerts that say “changes were made to the schedule”, only to go into the app and see that there are actually zero changes made to the schedule. Our schedule is input manually and not synced to the league so not sure where you are seeing these changes. **Developer response:** Hi there! The notification for players checking out has been a PRO feature for at least 5 years. No recent change there. I agree about the schedule sync false positives. They annoy me too. I’ve got 67 emails from their app just in 1 week. I can’t add or remove from my team chatter and the “tech support” is atrocious. They message you asking what the name of the team is then never respond back once you reply to them. You write another ticket and again the same thing. It’s slow, buggy, and impossible to stop all notifications, especially emails. It literally won’t accept your changes and just continue to pester you.
