- Fixed issue with Team name not appearing in PDF Export for Roster

- Fixed export pdf issue with name cutting off in the PDF.
- Added a 12F/8D and 9F/6D toggle switch.
- Fixed issue with team name disappearing when app was closed.
- Added a button for filter of names in lineup tab. Now you can filter between First name, Last name, Full name or number. (Also added option for last name in roster section)
- Added a team logo tab. When you enter a logo in this tab, this logo will appear in the top right of your PDF exports, making your roster or lineup exclusive to your team.
- Added an import button for roster and lineup. Now when someone shares a file with you from the app, you can download it from your files and it will appear in your app with their roster or lineup.
