So from a practical standpoint, Benchmark is not convenient for us. But the level of customer service is off the chain. They are so helpful and so friendly, and seem to really care about us. Like many apps, you are locked out after three failed attempts, but with the constant password changes and requirements, it’s easy to fail on three attempts. Furthermore, many of the features do not work for different users in the same account. It seems to vary by device.
