## What is Benchmark Court?

The Supreme Court of the United States, made to be heard and read.

Benchmark is a calm, carefully built reader for following the Court — from the morning a case is granted to the day the opinion comes down. Listen to a case like a podcast, follow a word-synced transcript, read the opinions in full, and take your own seat on the bench before the ruling lands.

LISTEN — THE WHOLE CASE AS A PLAYLIST
Tap Listen and hear a case the way you'd hear a great podcast. A curated playlist walks you through the background, the lower-court history, the briefs from each side, and what to listen for — then hands off to the Court's own oral argument, and finally to summaries of the opinions once the ruling comes down. One narrator carries the whole case. A sleep timer, a queue, and a transcript that scrolls in time with the audio come built in, and you can download a case to listen offline. AI narration is always clearly labeled as AI; the argument audio is the Court's own.

READ THE OPINIONS
Every majority, concurrence, and dissent, formatted for long-form reading — alongside a plain-English overview, the question presented, the procedural history, and the amicus landscape for each case.

TAKE THE TENTH SEAT
Before a case is decided, cast your own prediction of how the Court will rule. Then see how two AI justices — one reasoning as an originalist, one as a living constitutionalist — work through the same question from opposing philosophies.

FIND YOUR NEXT CASE
A Library gathers everything you're following — saved, downloaded, and still-to-hear — and surfaces the arguments you haven't listened to yet, so there's always a clear next case.

SPOILER-FREE BY DESIGN
Cases that have already been decided are still worth hearing. Outcomes stay sealed until you choose to reveal them, so you can listen to an argument and make your own call first.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your reading, your listening, and your predictions stay yours. Benchmark keeps your activity private.
