### 3/5 — Good concept, but a huge flaw

Great concept and kudos to the city for making it easy for the public to register issues. But! The reporter’s info needs to be anonymized on the public-facing parts of the app. It’s not a good idea to have folks’ names, phone numbers, and addresses exposed to the entire user base of the app. Sometimes these reports can be about touchy neighbors things and retaliation is rare, but real.
