Keeps searching on the finding a  taxi screen leading to wasted time waiting.  When you try to cancel because you are going to book by phone it freezes and removing the app is the only way to fix it.  This has happened several times now. 
Can’t add home, favourite, work to profile. Default back to Melbourne as the current location.

They should update their app like uber where I can send a complaint from the previous trip! I got overcharged by a dodgy driver.

I grew up in Bendigo and I have always loved it. But since moving to Melbourne I have learnt what public transportation really means. Bendigo has an objection  to uber's but at least the app works and you know where you stand, unlike the Bendigo taxi app which is as slow to load and says the taxi had arrived when it hasn't. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but only if they're worth it and this certainly isn't.

Buggy app. My trip was cancelled. So I rebooked it. That trip also got cancelled. I started a trip in Uber instead. 10mins before my Uber driver arrived, the taxi arrived, despite the app saying my trips had been cancelled. I felt obligated to take the taxi and cancel my Uber driver because the taxi driver was right in front of my house and I didn’t want a commotion over the cancelled trips. I got to where I needed to go but I don’t recommend this app because it resulted in me getting charged more due to cancellation fees with Uber and the app’s misleading information

Tried to use it to book a cab from Bendigo Railway Station said it can't find the coordinates.

Current version deletes details like home address and name/phone number on close. Suggested locations never get added. Have emailed support about both these issues, they don't fix them or respond.
