## What is Bendo?

Bendo is a calm, honest calorie and nutrition tracker that does the boring parts for you.

FREE, FOREVER
• Food diary with calories and macros — search, barcode or just say what you ate
• Water, activity and weight tracking with a smoothed trend
• A daily goal calculated from your own data
• Weekly meal plan and weekly workout plan you fill in yourself
• Diets that shape your targets and menus: balanced, high protein, low carb, keto, vegetarian, vegan
• Set your own pace: a daily calorie deficit or kilos per week, with a safe lower limit
• A reminder before each workout day, at the time you choose
• Works fully offline, no account needed

BENDO PRO
• Snap your plate: AI food photo recognition, with editable portions
• AI recipes and menu generation built from ingredients we can verify
• AI workout plans tailored to you
• Bendi, your AI coach: ask what to eat today, how your week is going, what to train
• Live Activity for guided workouts on your lock screen and Dynamic Island

HONEST BY DESIGN
• Nutrition values always come from our own food database, never invented by AI
• Missing data is shown as unknown, never as zero
• Food photos and coach messages are processed in real time and not stored on our servers
• Delete your account and data any time, right in the app

Syncs weight with Apple Health. Send your weekly shopping list to Listo.

Bendo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
