The app doesn’t require the guest to download an app, they simply scan QR code and are directed to their housekeepers portal on their internet browser. Matt & Michael at Béné are outstanding to work with—any problems, they reply to emails very fast with resolutions! Highly recommend if you hotel is looking for a tipping software… guests LOVE it!
