When I try to access pharmacies in New Jersey, it takes me to Pennsylvania. It doesn’t show any information about any previous prescriptions.

I just downloaded it today, it does not show scripts that I’ve gotten from the pharmacy, I guess it only keeps track of mail order. Also I should be able to add the card to my iPhone wallet which doesn’t let me, that’s frustrating. Hoping for some much needed updates.

There is so many things wrong with this app...
1). The menu is very hard to access...almost impossible!
2). This is NOT USER FRIENDLY!
3). This app doesn't show you how the your order costs at all...at least not anywhere I can see!

Those are the biggest issues for me right now!  There are more issues but I can not list it all at once.

This app does not work on an iPhone 12 Pro, and it didn't work on the 11 Pro. It has never worked for over 2 years. None of the prescription data shows up and even the Menu button does not work. I even tried deleting and reloading the app, to no avail. The developer needs to respond!

It keeps telling me my password is wrong. I even changed my password and still doesn’t work but it works fine online.

I don’t know what g he spoken to the app but now I keep getting a request “error 401 status unauthorized message  or invalid e-mail or password.. I changed the password and still get the same message so I know there something wrong with the app because I read someone else explaining the same issue also... when you sign in the website it works it’s just the app not working can you please fix the issue

This is a good way to “carry” your Benecard (just be sure you have service, battery life, and your password). Also a good way to determine the price of meds (if that’s something you look at before a doctor prescribes it) and to see some of the prescriptions you’re prescribed. Not a very useful app besides those things. 

It seems to be missing a lot (past scripts, doctors/NP names, list of benefits, comprehensive list of all past orders), and the app itself is kind of “clunky.”
