However, their app is NOT user friendly at all. When trying to add account info to set up auto payments, it does not give me the option to continue/save after adding all the info needed. When trying to exit it of the payment area, it either doesn’t remind or tries to take you back to the payment area. They did a whole change and now it’s slow and buggy and it’s just sad to go from something decent to something worse. I get just slightly frustrated every time I log in. Wait times for customer service run over an hour. There’s a worse layout and more steps to check recent transactions which is what i primarily use mobile banking for. Text runs over itself in places, and you can’t access messages as if you scroll to the bottom of the menu, it sits underneath the log out button, and if you hold down to scroll it higher, you cant click it while holding the scroll. ### 2/5 — Awful, Terrible App - Good Bank *2024-02-16* I’m debating switching my bank account simply because accessing my money is so difficult. The app and website are horrible but the banks values are good. But this app is awful and barely functional! And now the website is similarly disastrous. The previous mobile app and website weren’t great, but at least they worked properly. Now, I can barely log in, and the interface is so unintuitive and confusing. Beneficial State Bank, please revert back to the old app and web interface, or actually improve this one. I’m still on IOS 12 and I have to uninstall and reinstall is what they said to do, but this is ridiculous to always have to do that every time you want to see your bank account. This is a glitchy app, please fix. I am unable to make a deposit of money into my account to feed myself and my family right now. I like that my deposits with Beneficial State support local businesses and nonprofit organizations. Even though this app doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, I’m able to pay bills, deposit checks, and take care of my day to day banking. Set up process on my phone was pretty easy very secure. You don’t even have to go through that if you login on your computer through online banking to set it all up in the first place. If you do that you won’t have to go through and do it on your phone app. Regardless it was no big deal. The app itself is great. There’s everything I wanted to do.
