Thank you. ### 1/5 — Hot Water Trash *2023-04-10* This app is terrible. It’s basically an app that is just full of links that takes you to other websites. The Highmark website also has outdated lists of who is your network. Half the doctors no longer practice in the area. Also, since Beneficity took over as the administrators of my company’s insurance, I have had THE hardest time getting any of my doctors visits covered. None of my doctors offices can find a working website to send claims to. It sends them in circles. I’ve had SEVERAL claims get denied because the numbers that are given to fax referrals are wrong. They don’t tell you you’re wrong. I found out after getting a $2K bill from physical therapist that was covered Dec 31 but then denied Jan 1. What a hot load of a garbage dump. **Developer response:** We are very sorry that you haven't had a good experience. I have never actually been able to access the app and have had it for 3 months now **Developer response:** Sorry that you are receiving this error message. We have documented the issue and have forwarded it to our app developers for further investigation. ### 1/5 — Pennsylvania?!? *2023-03-31* This app will not show a Dr. outside of Pennsylvania.. I live in Colorado. **Developer response:** We are sorry that you are experiencing issues with finding a doctor. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are continuously working to improve our mobile app. ### 1/5 — App not working at all *2023-03-09* BCBS switched from another app to this one. Went through the whole set up, was able to initially log in and view what little info there is available through the app last week. Today, I attempted to log in via app, it bumps me to a log in via website instead. Password is definitely correct bc it’s in my keychain. Then it forces me to use an emailed verification code EVERY TIME I attempt and Re attempt to log in, annoying. So I have gone through this 4 times in the past few minutes, but app never opens, the little wheel just keeps spinning and spinning. Could this be because I have crosstracking turned off on my phone settings? I’m not into sharing my info with third party websites, so I certainly hope that’s not the reason the app isn’t working. So this app is pretty much useless at the moment since it won’t open and I’m unable to log in. Your developer/software engineers need to squash a lot more bugs I think? ### 1/5 — Registration *2023-02-20* I can not complete registration.. it will not load after step 4! ### 1/5 — Inaccessible *2023-01-09* Impossible to complete registration through app or online. ### 2/5 — unable to log in *2025-01-21* app was working fine before. Re-entered my login and password and tells me unable to locate account with information provided. So I go to register and it says I’m already registered to login and when I try logging in, I still get the same message but when I login on the website browser, I have no issues so it’s definitely the app. **Developer response:** We're very sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
