It should walk one through each required field, field by field, to ensure everything is properly completed in order to be able to submit for reimbursements. I completely skipped over the date field at the top without realizing it and also missed one other field when completing information for submission. It is fine to be allowed to jump over a field (by mistake), just asked for it to be completed before being allowed to submit. My experience involved the app defaulting back to the start screen and starting over completely. This happened because I went into a sub-screen and selected an option, did didn’t realize I hadn’t “saved it”. That’s when it kicked me out and I had to restart the entire process. Overall, it’s a very good app. This is the first time I’ve used it since the update, so I’m sure it will go more smoothly now than I know better about what to expect. It’s a big improvement from previous releases in its simplicity and user interface. Nicely done. It should walk one through a step by step procedure to submit recipients for reimbursements. I didn’t realize I had to load my receipts prior to entering the amount and reason for reimbursement. I would think I would enter the amount and reason (medical experience), then scan in appropriate receipts and submit. I could go to Walgreens and use the FSA card, it approved the items that qualified and left a balance of the items not FSA approved . Non of this proving with receipts.
