Booked an appointment and went to redeem. I was told that it wasn’t free like the app showed and lady didn’t know anything about any freebies through the app. **Developer response:** Hi Suemuzz, Sorry for the late response to your complaint here, I hope you contacted us at support@benefitcosmetics.com At the time there was a delay in training everybody with the new rewards, so we did let you down there - I hope you will give it another try and let us know if it works well for you now? ### 4/5 — Brow tints *2024-09-07* So good , results last long , good customer service . ### 4/5 — Past bookings *2024-08-23* Would really help if app has past bookingds information kept. ### 4/5 — Great app but still needs improvement *2023-06-27* I absolutely love this loyalty app, however I would like to note that you can only use your points on the brow / lash tints in very specific places and there are no venues in the north of England (it looks as if most to all of the boutiques are located around London) meaning that this is quite inaccessible to a lot of app users rendering this loyalty app almost useless to some users as they may have only downloaded to build points for these free treatments.
