App crashes every time I try to view an EOB

Everytime I try to view an EOB the site crashes and I am unable to submit claims from the app. Have to use computer to submit.

As stated above, the app crashed anytime I try to review an EOB. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, app still crashes.
