If my employer offered something else, I’d steer clear of BHS. Everything is a fight to get my money back. EVERYTHING!!! If you want to do it right, copy HRAgo. Their app is spot on and user friendly. Benefit Help Solutions is a pain to work with. I never seem to get notified when I need to take action. The most recent call I was clearly upset and yes crying due to stress. The people I talked to said they couldn’t prove it was a medical bill, but the bill said ambulance service. What else would You take an ambulance for?? Two months of calling, after a while I couldn’t get a live person. I had to get my HR dept involved and after a month of that, it was reimbursed one day. Benefit Help solutions claim to know my insurance coverages and require repayment on bogus amounts from money spent. EVERY medical expense is denied in some way or repayment required. Avoid using them to keep your sanity and time. I’ll close the app come back to it a month or two later and it will forget that I have already enabled touch ID (I have to set it up again!!!). I am losing the time-savings and convenience of this app supposedly having against touch ID when it does not remember my password (after I HAVE enabled Touch ID). Please fix this bug!
