The “apply filter” button sits too low on the screen, and the page doesn’t properly let me scroll down far enough to select it. It makes the feel frustrating and hard to use. ### 2/5 — Not very user friendly *2026-03-20* I have to log in Everytime which is annoying. You’ll need a good 15mins for purchasing one single coupon if you a quick enough as me who work in the IT industry. Dear developers, please think yourself as a normal human when designing the app flow. Go to have some reference from some other apps on the market. It works doesn’t mean your job is done. Think more about the user experience, please. ### 1/5 — Awful experience *2026-03-03* I wasted 15 minutes of my morning trying to access the app and it just gives me the mobile site. Don’t market me the app and then make it ridiculously hard to access it ### 1/5 — Web LO Issues *2026-03-02, version 20.1.0* When trying to use the web version, I log in and get a “blue screen” with tab stating this is a “Two Factor Automatic” page. But I get no notifications via a push alert on my phone, let alone being able to actually put the code into the page. ### 2/5 — Tickets *2026-02-27* It won’t let me buy tickets, it says locked by administrator. I was hoping to save some money for the universal studios Hollywood tickets, BUT apparently NOT. I took a break and finally tried again to get past the payment method screen to make a purchase, but I am yet again stuck watching the twirling circle as it is “Loading payment options”. I was lucky enough to get into my company’s login, and not another ‘s, to begin with. Used web other route to access discounts only to find these are much less than competitors. The user interface is genuinely the worst of any app I have every used, it’s clunky, frustrating, and feels so unfinished it leaves you to wonder why they even bothered releasing an app in this state. It keeps recycling the same page.
