Instead it wanted ME to upload a photo of the front and back of the ID card I don’t have and was trying to get a copy of in the first place. So frustrating! I pay almost $1500/mo for insurance and can’t easily find a way to get a print out of my ID card for my daughter’s eye doctor appointment tomorrow.
