Seriously the app is terrible and the company is even worse. Need to upload receipts for every use.

This app is trash, I don’t know who wrote the REST APIs for this app but they are slower than snow melting in January 

Leaves the user waiting over and over again for no reason fetching the same data over and over again 

Developers should be ashamed

The app used to work for checking my account balance. Somehow they broke it because now it just gives me a balance screen that says it can’t connect...no idea what it can’t connect to. I suppose their new app description is quite accurate though; ”if supported...this app will...”. Guess iPads (running most recent iOS with AdminAmerica’s most recent app) aren’t supposed anymore.

Both the app and this company don't care that you are a customer. App doesn't help you, just adds to the confusion. Tried to load a receipt from a $700 visa transaction paid by their program card. Of course I was wrong because I wanted to get them the receipt they desperately want in all other circumstances. Also, full family names are not shown, so I don't know if I submitted this under my name or my son's, his middle initial is different than mine. All around poor, you have to do it their confusing way, suggest you just wait a couple months till they pester you and make it clear exactly what they need. No acknowledgement of whether you are providing a receipt for a claim or a Benny Card transaction, which should be easy in the App world. They don't even know their own business and the process a customer has to do to comply with it.

Uploading receipts for the HSA does work but it is very very slow

Request: As a user, the receipt list view/ upload screen should work faster, minimize network requests, and cache as must as possible
