The entire app is not even useable. When clicking on the button, theres no loading indicator. Your developers cant even be bothered to add a loading indicator. No error messages too? And i dont even know if you guys have any state feedback onclick. Your button being disabled is tied to some loading state and your loading state is not updated. Its permanently set at false? Also how are you guys handling the errors. If theres a catch block but doesnt give feedback to the user then whats the point. If there isnt one then thats worse. Because of all these poorly coded stuff, we cant even submit any claims. In order to submit a claim you need to know exactly what medical terms to use and I’m not a medical professional. It sometimes takes me 30 min or more to find all the right drop downs.
