I just signed up today and then downloaded the app.   I found a number for support and called it.   The support person told me to go to the website and click on a link.   I went to the website on my iPhone and couldn’t find the link.   

He told me that he was looking at it and said that I would need to go to the website on a laptop or desktop.   I’m on my laptop and STILL no link on the website to request a password.   

I called back and told them I may need to cancel my membership but that would incur a $25 early cancellation fee.   The person asked me where I signed up, all my information and told me he would send it to tech support and they would email me a link to click on.   

When I’m able to login to the app.   Only then will I increase my review rating to 3 stars.   A five star rating would have a link on the website.

I wasn’t able to register. Kept taping ‘register’ and nothing happened. I’m on an iPhone. Erasing it after I finish typing

Signing in takes forever. It takes forever for anything to load. You can’t delete email. Sign out of the this app and then try signing in and see how long it takes. You could make a sandwich that’s how long it takes. Another app that they give 40 updates in one week and it’s still useless just like the people that created it USELESS!!!

Trying to view notifications crashes the app. 
No clear instructions on how to submit "big fat checks" for Rakuten 50% cash back offer, and clicking Get Started takes you to a blank page that never loads.
