I have not been able to order from my OTC BENEFITS the 3 months. I had to call one of your operators to get the September order. This is completely unacceptable. I need thing like incontinence pads and diapers but they are not available. We should be able to buy any kind of food sold in each store. I eat very healthy and the foods offered are not healthy. I also lost July and August funds because your app didn’t work. Before July it was very hard to order anything. You have to fix this problem. I can talk but other people have a big problem when things work right so what do you think they can do with this. In fact, many are condemned by consumer watchdog groups. If I were allowed to pick my own food, I’d choose much more healthy options and save money. Looks like Nations Benefits is in league with big corporations. Nations Benefit might as well call itself corporate benefits because it doesn’t do anything really healthy for the customer’s benefit. ### 2/5 — Difficult to navigate *2026-08-17, version 2.0.18* So confusing! I did take a screen shot and copied what the problem message said, so it said Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Then it would try to log in again and every time same message. Every time I try to book a ride online online whenever they ask me to it keeps logging me out after a few seconds if I need to find the exact address for this stupid thing, and certain addresses are not available for pick up you have to call in to do it. And the staff regarding the transportation section are ignoramuses. don’t waste your time, extremely frustrating very very, very frustrating. ### 1/5 — App Does Not Let Me Log In *2026-08-07, version 2.0.16* Been trying to login through the app but it keeps stating “Object Reference Not Set to an instance of an object” I don’t even know what that means! App is unusable. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-08-06, version 2.0.16* I can’t scan any products at the store because it just spins around and never finishes and if I put the bar code number in it will tell me if it’s an eligible product but then the screen freezes and I have to close it out and restart again. The screen freezes a lot just looking on the app and I have to close it out again.
