Sometimes you can’t log in (the loading takes forever). Claims still require an external tab/window to submit, not within the app environment. All sorts of bugs! Be prepared for disgruntled employees. Highlights include taking >10 minutes just to log in because of timeouts and random errors, app is ridiculously slow, content is all stored on external websites.
