App was fine until it stopped working. Tried deleting and installing again. Didn’t work. It just says Unable to reach connection. I can log in on the browser fine.

The app was fine until a week ago. Now it will not let me log in.

When I try to log in, it just says, "Error. A problem has occurred. Please contact your administrator."  But I can log in to the website with no problem.
