I’m using an iPhone and had to scroll through every month in almost 70 years to be able to enter this. I spent a while setting everything up to the have the App display the scrolling wheel for some considerable time before informing me there’s a problem and I will need to go through the entire process again. Since then i’ve been able to access the app once. And even at that it booted me out after a few seconds. Tried to log in today and am going in circles getting authentication codes only to get a message that my session has expired. Cant log on anywhere else since the app is downloaded and everything reroutes to there. The app was basic but I couldn’t not find a way to attach the gp report so had to take a photo which was as not great. Trouble is the app on a mobile is quite hard to attach documents. I would rather have submitted my request on a website. The date of birth entry doesn’t allow manual entry of the date, I have to use a calendar which cuts off the last week or two of each month, making it impossible to enter any number higher than 20. I can just about select top of the 3rd week. Cannot enter DOB manually either. With NHS waiting times often being extremely long, having health as a priority means a great deal to me, and this cover gives real peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know that I can access the treatment or diagnostics I need promptly, rather than facing lengthy delays. The sign-up process was straightforward, the cost is excellent for the level of cover provided, and the overall service has been very positive. Several members of my family have also joined, which speaks volumes about the value and trust we place in the company. I would highly recommend Benenden Health to anyone looking for affordable, reliable private medical cover.
