It’s impossible to use or get help. I lost thousands. ### 1/5 — Difficult FSA/HSA approvals *2026-06-11, version 6.1.2* Benepass was fine for non HSA FSA benefits and reimbursements, ex gym, rewards. However their team (or whatever ai automation they use) for approving HSA FSA seems incompetent. They don’t review any receipts properly and reject or require a LMN for items/services that are completely covered without one. Ex. 1 Took several submissions of a medical visit having to physically highlight the items on the receipt because they are not actually reading the receipt. Ex. 2 some online items on Amazon/Target etc aren’t labeled as HSA FSA eligible when they should be, Benepass requests a LMN instead of looking up if the item is actually eligible. Obvious items like otc medications, health supplies. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2026-05-10, version 6.1.0* How could you possibly push this to production? ### 1/5 — Does not even launch… *2026-05-09, version 6.1.0* When I try to open the app it’s just a flashing white screen and doesn’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Completely fallen apart on iPhone 17 *2026-05-08, version 6.1.0* I rely on this app for work. I just upgraded to an iPhone 17 (latest OS) and the app doesn’t work. It loads and then after a microsecond the screen just flashes white constantly. Offloaded and reloaded, rebooted phone, all the usual things. It just plain does NOT work on my 17 (web app works, works on my wife’s iPhone 16). Ugh ### 1/5 — App is lifeline for benefits but never works *2026-05-07, version 6.1.0* This app will not load and unfortunately it’s my only way to access my benefit. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-02-22, version 6.0.15* Unable to create investing account, stuck on the page with questions about citizenship, button disabled and no error message. Reinstalling app did not help. ### 1/5 — No Customer Support *2026-02-20, version 6.0.15* There is no way for me contact customer support to activate my card that does not show up in the app. Ai chat box does not understand this and customer rep replied after 2 days repeating same invalid solutions as the ai. Some how found a number buried deep and the support email they gave is also invalid. ### 1/5 — Simply impossible to get anything approved through this platform. *2026-01-24, version 6.0.10* They deny every request, and worse assigned a purchase on the card to the wrong benefit line and you cannot adjust. Terrible. ### 2/5 — Worst Reimbursement Timeframe *2026-01-13, version 6.0.10* This is the slowest reimbursement process I’ve ever experienced through my employer. It takes five full business days for them to Approve or deny the reimbursement and then another 3 to 5 for them to send it out once it’s approved. We’re looking at almost 10 days.
