It would be nice if I could upload a photo to submit a receipt. Instead of taking a screen shot of the recipe, printing the recipe, taking a photo using the app of the recipe to upload the recipe.

If you rejected for a claim, they never give a reason. Then you can call and be on hold for 45 minutes.

Can one of the devs please tell me why there’s a direct deposit option but it doesn’t actually work. I called him trying to set it up so I could be reimbursed and of course they said they don’t know why that’s on the app. And they cannot set up direct deposit at the end of the day. This is a failing app and AI could do these jobs 1 million times better. 30 days to process peoples money days is ludicrous.
