Mailing a Check is easier. No customer support, broken links, one landing page for support which can take days for a response. Stay away, you will be frustrated ### 1/5 — SSO not possible *2024-05-28* The app is set up to use SSO but we aren’t allowed to do that on our personal devices anymore so this app is totally useless unless you have a company issued cell phone. Crazy. And yet they advertise the app on the website knowing we can’t access it on our phones. ### 1/5 — Cannot get logged in. *2024-04-04* This app was easy to use until recently. I cannot sign in. It’s an infuriating loop. You use work credentials and sign in. Then wants to use FaceID to authenticate. click continue and it generates a QR code that you have to get a second device to scan. The message on the first device says to choose a passkey. But the message on the device you used to scan says no passkey found. There is an option to hit settings to choose a different method and guess what? You have to authenticate to do that. Go to the website. SAME thing. Impossible messed up set up. ### 1/5 — Getting better but still mostly unusable *2023-01-01, version 1.39.0* Save yourself the headache and use the website rather than the app. Can’t manage ongoing donations, slow, randomly force quits. ### 1/5 — Won’t go past SSO page *2022-10-06, version 1.32.2* I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app three times as well as closed out of it but it goes through the single sign on page with my employer then just endlessly loads and nothing happens. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-02-19* Downloaded to search for some non profits to donate to. The search feature is broken. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2021-09-28, version 1.15.2* I downloaded the app and for some Reason it won’t go through when I sign in. It’s stuck at loading screen🤦‍♀️ ### 1/5 — SSO doesn’t work *2021-02-01* I downloaded the app to use with my work account. When I select the SSO option to login, it fills in one of my personal accounts and doesn’t give me an option to change the account. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. This issue happen on Wi-Fi and cellular data, so maybe the size of the photo matters? I volunteer for the same organization each week — the app should remember and allow me to quickly enter hours.
