Most of the profile has only mobile verified and no photo verified if you try to call them they either keep their phone number hidden or say calling you later and just vanish or will say parents are out of town will talk later, they even say good things about you and vanish suddenly…. This app is here to play with your emotions, precious time, and loot your hard earned money. We will try to solve your problem. ### 1/5 — One of the worst matrimony application *2023-08-14* I would like to suggest everyone not to take assisted services, the reason is one assistant will connect to another assistant only, they only bother about collecting the payment from customers who has viewed or liked your profile. They’ll never allow that person to connect you if he or she is a unpaid member on BM whatever the eligibility or priority he or she’s having, doesn’t matter. They will call you up and inform you that he or she is calling you on behalf of his customer and the fellow is taking care of that customer’s account and he will convey your message to his or her customer only when you will make payment. This is fully nonsensical! I will need to restart the app. This happens all the time. Needs to be fixed. On ios, when you swipe left to right, it takes you to a back screen. When you try contacting them, they don’t bother to respond. They loot your money by showing false hopes and giving false commitments. ### 1/5 — Unstable app *2021-11-15, version 5.1.2* Such a basic app but hangs on main app loadng screen. Killing app doesn’t help. If it is a server issue , get some good backend people to manage the same. In 2017 they insisted that we take their paid service and they will give recommendations as per our requirements. The agent who convinced us to take their service later insulted us. We lost our money. This time in 2020 we joined Bengali matrimony instead of Bharat matrimony. They kept insisting to purchase their paid service. We did but this time we made our profile and used advanced filters to get matches as per our needs. We took a paid service to contact the grooms family. But, most of the numbers are invalid and wrong numbers provided so that we cannot contact them. Although most profiles have mentioned that the parents have created and parents are residing in india, but they have given international numbers including parents no. although they are in india, also those numbers are invalid or wrong numbers. I'm furious that we got cheated. They are not verifying the numbers and taking money for revealing phone numbers. There were several messages sent to many girls that I wasn’t even aware of. And many numbers were viewed using my profile. When I contacted customer care they were delaying my request saying that they would need to create a ticket which will get processed in 2 days! Literally in this situation that person has all the access to see any contact he wants . This app doesn’t even have a mere feature to logout from all devices. And what kind of service is this!? I would say guys buy plan from this app at your own risk. That guy even called my Uncle (whose number was given in the app for Guardian) and said vulgar things. But it changed totally after I took the subscription. First they would run behind you to get the subscription done. Once that’s done! They doesn’t follow up! No calls no messages!
