I would notice that I would earn money but it wouldn’t show correctly in my wallet. Withdrawal were slow but now I have been waiting since March 29th and it’s September. Come on! I tried to contact support about 3 weeks ago and never heard back. They already hold the fund before you can cash out for like 6 weeks and now I still have to wait 6 months since I initiated my cash out! If I could give 0 stars I would. The payout takes months to get. I don’t recommend wasting your time watching ads. The app also has the gimmick feature for logging in everyday and when missed (they say you didn’t log in for a day wherein you did) then charge you .50 cents to keep your streak. That was the only reason I used the app. Now the PayPal payouts are a mess. My money has been stuck in a queue for almost three months with no progress and no real explanation. Nothing about this feels like an upgrade. The payout system is slow, unreliable, and support has not helped at all. They don’t payout consistently (if at all). They capped payouts to $50 per transaction, but if you are even able to get it to go through, it sits in a queue. Honestly, I’m not convinced that the queue is real. I’ve had a payment pending since December 2025. Customer service is awful. In the past if I had an issue they would respond with an email and respond within 48 hrs. Now there is no response and no way to track submitted tickets. I had to make 2 different withdrawals to cash out my $100 ( $50 each ) paying .99 cents for each of them to go to my PayPal and no response from customer service! I’ve been waiting on one since May 13, 2026 and the other since June 23, 2026. I will be submitting tickets once more and see if they will respond within an email. I’ve loved this app but it is infuriating that they don’t even have the decency to respond anymore! I think they have just turned into scammers now and have just took everyone’s money and run!!!! Stopped paying out, it's now a scam *2026-09-03, version 4.23.0* Like a lot of others, I used to like this app. I used to be able to cash out from this but months ago they stopped paying out smh. I'm waiting on two withdrawals "pending in queue" since 2/26 & 3/26. I have filled out the support forms so many times & at first got the generic "we had too many payouts so we had to put them in a queue but yours will be processed in order" emails then they stopped responding at all. Benjamin used to be a great app. It used to be a great app to earn money playing games. It used to be legit, until months ago they announced that we wouldn’t be able to withdraw until December 3rd, because they were coming up with more exciting ways to cash out. Fast forward to December 3rd, everytime I try to get my money, it gives me a message telling me that there is to much activity, and they are handling a large number of withdrawals, and to come back later. Well I’ve tried multiple times, and it hasn’t worked and I’ve gotten the same message. I’ve checked Reddit and see that there are a lot of people dealing with this. Most of us, have not gotten our money. Most of us are frustrated, we were banking on that money for Christmas. Now we can only take out 50.00 a day, if we are even lucky enough to withdraw our money. And have to pay a .99 cent fee, each time. This company used to be legit, and I don’t think it is anymore, they have definitely lost me as a customer, because it definitely feels like a scam now. I don’t recommend you download this. Testerup is another company that pays you for playing games, Mistplay is as well, and both of those are legit apps. I recommend trying one of those. Dont waste your time, playing these games, and then have to jump through hoops to get your money. Not worth it. Update: it has now been 8 months, and I’m still waiting for a payout. Everytime I email, I get the same response, to many requests for Withdrawal, and that my winnings are in the queue to be processed. Update: It’s now been 10 months I’ve been waiting for my cashout, out of curiosity I logged into my account to discover that my account was wiped!! Shocker. You will in good faith devote a lot of time earning your payouts to discover that during the payout process you will never be paid. They leave you sitting in queue even after taking a $.99 charge each time you do a withdrawal. Multiple attempts at getting help via a trouble ticket have been pointless. With the reply being a survey to rate the help I received on the help ticket. I have received no help, my payments remain in queue to be paid out and no one from Benjamin will answer my help tickets but expect me to do a survey to rate the help that I did not receive. Absolute scam do not waste your time go to ZBD a much better app. With an honest business profile.
