## What is BennaHub?

Construction procurement is more than sending an RFQ.

It starts with a project requirement, moves through suppliers, quotes, comparison and award, then continues through agreements, payments, documents and closing the deal.

BennaHub brings the complete procurement journey into one shared workspace for buyers and suppliers.

For buyers

• Create procurement requests and track the status of each one in a single place.
• Describe what you need or upload a bill of quantities. The assistant helps organize the details and asks for what is missing.
• See how many quotes have arrived, which packages are still waiting, and when the request closes.
• Review quotes and compare price, specifications, lead time and terms before awarding.
• After award, continue the agreement, payments, documents and messages inside the Deal Room.

For suppliers

• See the opportunities you receive and the status of each one.
• Review request details and submit your quote through the same flow.
• Keep the journey connected from opportunity to deal.

From the first request to closing the deal, BennaHub keeps the details, decisions and documents connected throughout the procurement journey.
