You can’t send in your paperwork with out sending in almost 40 pics that’s ridiculous.. as a driver myself that adds more time to our day than we have already.. the app is not user friendly like the old one.. when this was done no one in the IT department talked to any driver to get feedback.. because if they did they would understand we don’t have the time .. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-04-07* App is glitchy and wow loadboard it worthless. 80% of the time you can’t even open a load and most loads are showing past dates. Maybe give drivers the option to accept a load without calling an agent. Maybe trash the whole app and start from scratch. ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-09-24* This is the worse app I have ever used for business. I have to restart it 75% of the time. It does not work properly 50% of the time. ### 1/5 — Fuel Discount feature *2023-09-09* Yall need to fix the fuel discount feature so we can actually search for fuel discounts and not have to fight with the map wanting to go where ever it wants to …everytime i try and move the map to find fuel prices down the road it always goes either directly back to where it was or places the marker in some random spot ### 1/5 — Gets worse with every update… *2023-03-23* You guys are supposed to fix the bugs, not add more of them. **Developer response:** Good morning, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the app. Would you mind sharing more information about information?. I appreciate your help sir. ### 3/5 — Load board too …. *2024-02-14* The app is good but loadboard is way too outdated. Wish it will carry following features. 1 sorting the loads by RPM, Deadhead, Destination, etc. 2, filters like any search app can do, so drivers can easily locate the loads they want in stead of find them out of all random loads. 3, save search. Drivers need to search once a while to check if there’s new load. But for now, basically every time i search, I have to type in all the information over and over again. 4, load alert. Allow driver to set it based on locations, rates, dimensions, size, etc. so they can focus more on the job and worry free of missing loads. 5, load hiding. Allow driver to hide the loads they are not interested in. Thanks ### 3/5 — Important feature missing *2023-01-17* I would give this app 5 stars if it did 3 things. 1. Give detailed info about each load. 2. When searching by state or location it would bring up loads going in either direction to or from that state. 3. All aspects of documentation could be done in app instead of linking to other apps. **Developer response:** Thank you Philip.
