Je trouve ça plus plate .....on pourrait au moins choisir si on veut rester connecter ou pas

Plein de bug, adresse entrée en double et introuvable ou pas dans une zone de livraison (moins de 10km du Benny). Il y à beaucoup à améliorer pour la rendre fonctionnel.

Faut a chaque fois rechercher notre adresse ça devient désagréable pour commander. Faudrait réviser votre app, pas trop a l’ordre. Confiez la job a une personne plus compétente.

On ne reste jamais connecté, on doit rentrer nos coordonnées à chaque commande, aucune trace de nos anciennes commandes. Aucune plus-value par rapport à la commande en ligne sur le site web ou par téléphone.

I made a simple order of poutine with chicken during my work lunch break. The app told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I bolted to the store, which is 5 minutes away from my work anyways. Frankly, I was surprised by the speed of their service. I figured they must have poutines ready because it’s a very common order. When I get there, the cashier tells me my order wasn’t ready. I figured I just had to wait a minute or two (though usually other restaurants would have the order of their app told me it would be ready by a certain time). Anyways, after waiting for 10 minutes, I asked again, and my order was still not ready even though some people who came there after me got their orders. I waited for 10 more minutes and then I saw a different cashier who wasn’t busy. I figured I’d try to understand from her why my order was taking a long time. She kept trying to get out of the conversation even though I wasn’t done giving her my order details and expected time for her to double check it, even though she was not busy. She gave me a very quick answer of I don’t know without doing the effort to try to go to the kitchen to verify if my order is even in progress. She acted like she was more important than to listen to my inquiry as if she’s more important than the customer. She didn’t care. After 10 more minutes, I asked the first cashier I talked to about my order again, and she said my order was still not ready. Every time I talked to her, she asked me my name even though I was holding my phone with all my order details and didn’t need to ask me. It felt like she was messing around with me on purpose. Finally, 10 minutes later, she asked my name one more time and changed languages (Montreal is bilingual), which is considered very bad service. The cashier is supposed to follow the language of the customer. Anyways, I changed the language back and asked her if my order was ready. She handed me my order, which was apparently ready for 5 minutes (or maybe 10) and they forgot to call it. Terrible service and a terrible app. I basically lost my work lunch break. And, the whole problem started due to the app lying to me about the readiness and availability time of the food. I could have kept working during that time and left to grab my food later. This is why this app gets a very bad review though the restaurant gets a bad review too.

Étrangement la succursale de Saint-Eustache n’est plus dans la liste de ville quand on veut commander et aller chercher (pour emporter).  Mais pour la livraison elle y est.  Dommage, j’aimais bien bénéficier des offres app mobile et aussi commander et payer à l’avance pour accélérer les étapes rendue sur place….  Pourquoi avez-vous retiré Saint-Eustache pour emporter???
