Several hoops to jump through and photo invoices tend to have a 50 percent success rate. Would often need to contact cust. Service to gain credits. ### 1/5 — (I never leave reviews so this is worth reading, I promise!) *2026-04-01, version 1.96.0* I specifically made grocery purchases with my EBT benefits on April 1st (EBT deposit day) because Benny advertised cash back deals that would have brought my balance over the $10 cashout threshold. What I didn’t know was that the app was already shutting down that same day — I only found out through Reddit, not from Benny directly. I never received any shutdown notification despite having an active account. When I tried to submit my receipts I got an error saying the app was “no longer accepting new submissions,” customer support was unavailable, and the status page showed everything was fine. I lost the cash back I was counting on and my existing $3 balance will disappear when they close on April 15th because I can’t reach the $10 minimum — again through no fault of my own. If you still have a balance under $10, don’t expect to see that money.
