Before that, there were numerous times I had to reach out to support due to issues with the system not detecting my receipts properly. So far, all of the offers I don’t even buy. It is very unfortunate they changed it because I am going to end up just deleting the app since it’s pointless to have ### 3/5 — So far it’s just ok *2026-02-15, version 1.91.0* Been only using 2-3 days It’s ok but one of my receipts are showing up, they uploaded but that’s it. No points nothing ### 2/5 — None of my receipts have been credited since 12/22 *2026-01-27, version 1.87.0* I have been uploading my receipts and since 12/22, none of them were credited. I got messages saying I needed to upload photos of the actual receipts (I did) or nothing at all happens and I don’t get credit for any of my purchases. Don’t get me started on the offers I completed (cookies, cleansing wipes) and didn’t get credit for or the fact that I tried to contact help on several occasions to no avail. No replies, no followups, no acknowledgment. Oh right the “chat” also didn’t work—I’d type in a question and the bot would respond, but then a white cloud ran down the center of the screen so I wouldn’t be able to tap a response. It’s very frustrating. Every time I put my cell phone number in so it can send me a code, it gives me an error message saying there is an issue creating an account on this device at this time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I’ve tried waiting and trying again, I’ve contacted support and, they just tell me to wait 30 minutes and try again which is what I have been doing. I don’t know what is going on with this app but, it is very unfortunate because, I really was looking forward to using this app. Big waste of time as I have wasted several days trying to get this app to work for me with no success. ### 1/5 — Bait&SwitchBenny *2025-12-01, version 1.77.0* I have to contact customer service about 90 percent of the time to correct missed promotions. I've been having to contact support to get the missing cash back. Which gets frustrating. What I didn’t know was that the app was already shutting down that same day — I only found out through Reddit, not from Benny directly. I never received any shutdown notification despite having an active account. When I tried to submit my receipts I got an error saying the app was “no longer accepting new submissions,” customer support was unavailable, and the status page showed everything was fine. I lost the cash back I was counting on and my existing $3 balance will disappear when they close on April 15th because I can’t reach the $10 minimum — again through no fault of my own. If you still have a balance under $10, don’t expect to see that money. The app has really went down. ### 1/5 — Bs *2026-01-24* Well, they have a tendency to not accept receipts to have too many deals on them because they don't really want to pay you cash back for anything that you get on your EBT. They offer cashback deals and sometimes they give them to you and sometimes if the receipt has too many deals, they say that they've already been scanned and so they just don't.
