The app doesn’t work. Not even a little. Not even a tiny bit.

If it is about connection issue, please have our reply below.

BenQ Smart Controller is designed for GS1 use. Please make the BenQ projector is one the of the model mentioned above. If it is, please have your projector and smart phone connected to the same WiFi, then open the app to do projector control.

After it’s upgraded, I can’t connect with my gs1 anymore.
