Pros: Very easy to use, just set your weekly budget limit and you’re good. Benson has a feature where you can choose whether or not it’ll invest in a stock depending on your risk profile. Benson helped me expand my investing insight; even without the auto investing, I still gained knowledge on quite a few potential gainers. Just these past few weeks I made quite a bit of money just following investing alongside benson, it’s almost unfortunate the weekly limit is only $300 cause then I wouldn’t need to put in any extra work. Cons: The point system is sort of iffy. I’m already paying you $20 monthly so why are there micro-transactions to see stocks the app thinks are valuable. Benefits are being cut, unemployment is at an all time high, etc. I took a risk. I put 8k in a savings account that would guarantee me 4% or $320 at the end of the year, but I also put the same amount of money in Benson. The end of the year isn’t even over yet, BUT the savings account has accrued about $280 so far, while Benson is over $2,000! To see my account close in on a 30% return with 8weeks left is INSANE! I didn’t do any research on the stocks, this app did everything for me! This will be how I create residual income! You have to speak to the AI, who then debates with you. Then suggests a pause. Regardless of wether I pause or choose to cancel it has been saying it hits an error every single time. It cannot sell stock at the time it start dropping by news or high market fear. Beside they recommend some stock which high increase in a year, this app can’t do anything. STOP BUYING ACCESS TO BUY SINCE MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS END(April 14th) I just put more money in the morning and they buy OFFI for $500 at top peak and it make me lost more money (may 9th) **Developer response:** Opfi is up 27% since you wrote this comment (today may 27) . We didn’t buy at the peak, we bought when we knew it would run higher. You were impatient & made a mistake by selling based on your emotions. Our app is designed for investors. We don’t support day trading or people that believe you can get rich tomorrow. Yes Opfi dropped for a few days, but had you held for a few weeks you would have made everything back + a lot more. I bought the stock Palantir at $70 it held green for weeks it moved up to $76 but as soon as it turned red and dropped down to 72 BENSON sold it I AM NOT A CUSTOMER ANYMORE!!!! the next day palantir is at $90 how in the world did that help me??? That was my best stock when the entire market was red it HELD GREEN!!! I have to do mostly everything. ### 1/5 — Gave it 3 months *2025-04-07* Gave it 3 months and not only did it not do much (only buys stocks once a week regardless of how a stock is doing), but it actually tried selling stocks when they were at their bottom instead of keeping them. So I cancelled this service, rebought the stocks and made 6-7% immediately. This service is terrible and cost me a lot. **Developer response:** We understand your frustration, though we should note that the actual loss in your account was $12, not "a lot of money" as suggested in your review.
