As soon as the year starts over zero info from previous year is available to view. No way to save commonly used info. Company is corrupt and has employees lie repeatedly so you cannot get correct info on anything. ### 2/5 — Updated security requirements actually create risk *2022-05-21, version 10.1.1* The app asks you to give answers to “security questions” that if you give accurate answers give the owners of the app significant amounts of personal info that they would not otherwise have ### 2/5 — Incredibly difficult to use *2022-01-17, version 10.1.1* First off, it’s impossible to add dependents on the app, even though they should already be attached to the account. Second, it’s not very user friendly. Navigation is hard. ### 3/5 — Ok *2022-05-20, version 10.1.1* Slow and clunky, doesn’t allow you to upload or submit more than one photo for receipt, and quite a long pause between uploading one and being able to upload another. Randomly locks user out even though Face ID enabled, makes you sign in. Used to have a pin, that’s gone. Of course you forget the passcode if you haven’t used in awhile necessitating a reset. Pain in the rear. ### 3/5 — Problems with recent update *2022-05-06, version 10.1.1* The app now requires you to choose 5 security questions. I had to go through 4 different attempts because many of the security questions don’t apply to me. I am an unmarried only child with no children. I have no surviving grandparents and never knew their middle names. I understand the need for security but my account shouldn’t be so secure that I can’t access it myself. ### 3/5 — Getting claims approved can take some time *2022-03-18, version 10.1.1* The app doesn’t allow for explanations and there is no ability to contact them with clarifying info. Result is claim gets denied and you need to repay amount.
