Don’t delete any of the previous episodes either keep bringing in new episodes and just add another season or whatever! I have an account through the daily wire and Bentkey is included but it keeps telling us that we are on the free account without a subscription so I have to log out and log back in for it to work, which is extremely irritating! It used to log you out all the time so they have fixed that glitch and it keeps me logged in but it won’t let us watch any shows unless I log out and log back in ### 4/5 — Needs Watchlist/Continue *2025-03-06, version 1.5.0* My daughter loves some of the shows on Bentkey, but every time we get on it takes quite a while to find them. A watchlist and a “continue watching” list that picks up where you left off would seemingly be standard additions to a platform that has been out this long. ### 2/5 — Bad interface/limited content *2025-02-19, version 1.4.8* The app struggles at times to work. It has been known to crash and can be slow. However my biggest issue is that it has no search feature. You just have to look at everything until you find what you want. Side note, I’m still waiting on Snow White. That was supposed to come out by the end of 24’ and I still have seen nothing about it. Pretty annoying as it was a big reason my wife and I decided to get a subscription in the first place. I know delays exist but this is kinda ridiculous. ### 4/5 — Won’t let you cancel subscription *2025-02-13, version 1.4.8* I love the bentkey original content but it’s not coming out as fast as I want. So I keep trying to cancel and get an error on every platform . ### 3/5 — Mixed feelings *2025-02-07, version 1.4.8* Mixed feelings. Positive: We loved all round champion. Mabel Mclay is quite wholesome. Gus plus Us recommended to neighbor it became their dream show. Kid fit chef inspired me to learn cooking with my dad, thanks Olivia (Chef)! Baby baby was adorable too :))) Negative: Chip Chilla is a ripoff of Bluey, boo! App is quite glitchy, had lots of crashes. Runes has so much witchcraft, a guy gets possessed and Hugo is too wimpy to possibly be a Viking. Did boys from the Middle Ages have panic attacks? Um no. Friends is probably the worse show on their. Friends: Stephanie said a bad word in the first or second episode, and for the frist 4 episodes, they were basically chasing down a guy who spray painted their mural, and they stole his home. Emma is the only good person on there. Olivia (from friends)had googles to spy on the dude, and I could like medical stats which was kinda creepy. Other than that, Bentley is mostly wholesome and I would recommend for ages 3-9 and young families. ### 3/5 — Great content but not so great app *2025-01-25, version 1.4.8* Bentkey has great content and they have done a great job providing more and new content. Throwing in GI Joe was a winner for myself. Now the down side, the app itself is not that great. We had issues with it at the very beginning which was understandable. The problem now is that it’s been a year and the bugs should be worked out but every time you are watching a show if you touch the screen it will stop and the screen will turn black and freeze. You have to exit and then the start the episode all over again. It’s pretty lame and annoying when you a children that will constantly touch the screen when watching an episode. ### 4/5 — Ummm… *2025-01-12, version 1.4.7* Why I chose 4 stars is because well… the Ninjago trailer says they get the golden weapons and in the videos they already have the golden weapons and “ the day of the great devourer , darkness shall rise “ well… those videos the picture says that Cole gets captured by lord garmodons skeletons and on “ darkness shall rise “ it shows that Cole and Sensa Wu are trapped with a another person in white and WHERE IS THE SNOW WHITE ??? It just seems very strange to me that there isn’t already a search bar for easier location of the shows your kids already like and gravitate towards. ### 3/5 — Great Idea, Not Great App *2025-01-03, version 1.4.7* We’re DW subscribers and we love the Bentkey content, but this app is trash and needs help. It is constantly freezing and crashing. I’m currently trying to load Chip Chilla and have been staring at a black screen for 5+ minutes because it didn’t like that I pressed the “back” button. My kids and I love the content but we have more issues with this streaming service than any other. Now we can’t even log in after resetting the password. We have tried troubleshooting and are getting nowhere. First time I’ve encountered a company that wouldn’t refund within a small grace period! ### 1/5 — Terrible cancellation methods *2025-12-28, version 1.5.3* First, I had no idea this was affiliated with Daily Wire or I wouldn’t have downloaded the app. Second, cancelling this is ridiculous. I can’t do it through the app, Apple, or the Bentkey website. My card was charged by Daily Wire, and I now receive email campaigns from them, but I can’t cancel from their website because I don’t have an account. So I’m left with emailing support and seeing what happens. Typical grift from a company I expect nothing less from. ### 1/5 — So annoying *2025-09-07, version 1.5.3* Never goes to the next episode. You have to rewind it if you’ve watched a 7 minute episode before. Sometimes you can’t press down to the end of the episodes. I’m sick of ibegging for help with this app and not getting any after YEARS of asking. They will not add an option to cast to chrome cast. I can’t bloody use it!!!! I’m sick of paying the Daily Wire for empty promises. Brand new iPhone still can’t bloody cast!!!! There is no option to allow the app to access devices on my local network etc. You are liars when you say you have fixed this. Dug into the settings for the app on my phone and the option is non existent . The app doesn’t ask for permission either. The “developers” hired by the Daily Wire need to be fired and replaced with real ones. Literally no other streaming platform has this issue. This is a profound failure and the Daily’s Wire’s failure to address this issue has determined the level of future support they will receive from me. It feels too much like anything the government runs…it never works despite promises from politicians to fix things. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2025-01-05, version 1.4.7* We tried Bentkey over a year ago for a 7 day free trial. It wasn’t all that appealing to us - it’s kind of lame and buggy - so we canceled the app through the AppStore. Fast forward to today and we find out that we’re being charged over $100 for an automatic renewal. It’s not sufficient to cancel your subscription through the app (like everyone else) but you also have to access the BentKey website and cancel there too! That’s awful. This is the second time I’ve tried to buy services from the Daily Wire that left me feeling burned and frustrated. ### 1/5 — Constant issues *2024-12-29, version 1.4.7* The iPad app is “broken.” It constantly logs us out and it’s really frustrating for us and our kids. Content is great and growing. App is wonderful on the Apple TV… But this is nearly unusable. It was the best show on the app…… ### 5/5 — Happily Surprised *2025-05-18, version 1.5.3* At first I was a little hesitant about this app, especially during the growing stages after it was first released, but I came back to it recently and was happily surprised at the amount and quality of content that they had added. Not only are there action shows that I wouldn't mind watching with my own kids, but also really creative and interesting shows, like How Ridiculous and wildlife shows, even a cooking show for kids (that I still would watch to find some new recipes because I need more). She’s my fifth and it is annoying to see increasingly woke programming for children literally everywhere! We used to be able to trust that when I turn on the tv for my young child, I wouldn’t have to explain why “Stacy has two dads” but here we are, on Sesame Street, having to do just that. I’m a member of Daily Wire and tapped in to Bent Key today. All I can say is WOW! And *sigh* thank you guys so much. ### 5/5 — Love Bentkey *2024-10-28, version 1.4.4* Really love this streaming service. I enjoy the quality programs and don’t have to worry about all the woke stuff that’s being added in most kids shows. My kiddos (4 and 6) also really enjoy it. The only thing that’s frustrating for me is the fact that the app doesn’t seem to hold your place. So if my kids ask to watch a show, we just have to guess which episode was last watched. It also doesn’t hold your place if you are half way through a show. Once you click off it’s as if you never watched it at all. Im hoping they update it soon to fix this! ### 5/5 — I Love Bentkey! *2024-10-14, version 1.4.4* I love Bentkey! It’s nice to be able to turn it on and know my kids can watch whatever and they won’t see something wildly inappropriate. The app however is missing a search bar, it’s kinda annoying to have to dig for the show you want.
