I use the rewards program and get freebies and discounts as long as I am signed in as a user. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-04-02, version 4.0* Today was not a good day to be/go to Bento. I had been craving a boba which they no longer had what I wanted so I convinced the coworkers to order from them. Most, if not, all of us placed our orders online for pickup. We went and the people behind the counter barely acknowledge you or give you a status on your order. Our orders were due to be completed between 12:45 and 1, needles to say, we ended up being there almost an hour and a half. Food was cold and mine was burnt which I have photos to prove. Not sure about my coworkers…but I will definitely be resisting the Bento’s urge should I have one again. ### 1/5 — App Does not work *2026-03-30, version 4.0* Where can I see the rewards ### 1/5 — Update = lost Rewards *2026-03-16, version 4.0* The new update won’t let me log in like I used to and made me create a new account and I lost allllllll my rewards and points I had with the rewards program! Not happy and. The company isn’t even responding to the emails! I am a pretty regular customer. I am there at least once a week and the rewards I lost kind pisses me off! ### 1/5 — Rewards *2026-02-21, version 4.0* Apparently, they changed their system, and I had a bunch of rewards on my last login and nothing got transferred! Be aware of the site doesn’t even work in the apps. Total disappointment and I am irregular customer who works right in the plaza and I’m now annoyed at the fact that I’ve spent a lot of money and now it’s a total waste as far as the rewards program ### 1/5 — No longer working *2026-02-12, version 4.0* It seems they broke the app and stole the rewards to boot. ### 2/5 — You Need A New Platform *2026-02-11, version 4.0* The “upgrade” to the new OLO Platform is actually a downgrade. It doesn’t tell you how many points that you have or if you have a reward until you start an order. That information should be readily available at the homepage. ALSO, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get notifications. I hope changes are made to correct these oversights. ### 4/5 — Rewards *2026-02-08, version 4.0* Easy online ordering through the app, but the new layout makes it hard to find the rewards. When I went to checkout, it said I had a $5 reward that I could use 50 points for but I have no clue how many points I have altogether. I couldn’t find any tab for rewards. ### 5/5 — Delicious food *2026-02-07, version 4.0* Always the freshest ingredients! I eat here quite often and it never disappoints ### 1/5 — Loss rewards *2026-02-02, version 4.0* Don’t bother using this chain, if you accumulate points they just decide to delete them.
