It doesn’t tell you how many points that you have or if you have a reward until you start an order. That information should be readily available at the homepage. ALSO, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get notifications. I hope changes are made to correct these oversights. ### 2/5 — Lost rewards, new reward didn’t work *2026-01-23, version 4.0* I believe there’s a new online system in place, I had to re-register and in the process it looks like I lost the points I had before. I’m the new system a “free fried rice w $15 min order” reward appeared. So its not just working for me, its probably for everyone. Good food but kind of scammy to offer rewards and not honor them ### 1/5 — Misleading *2022-12-20, version 3.0* I previously used their website to order without issue but then I was offered a free chicken bowl to sign up for the app. After installing and going though another registration since my website password and user name would not work i received a coupon code to redeem online or in person. After twenty minutes of trying to redeem it with any chicken rice bowl option without success I just uninstalled it and used the website. I don’t need a buggy app when the website works just fine. ### 2/5 — Wish I could still love Bento *2022-08-01, version 2.0* Since I’ve been going to Bento the past year, my order is always incorrect and the prices are so crazy now! I always have to make sure my sauce is in the bag before I leave the store (it never is) and I’m always missing an ingredient when I get home. So disappointed because I used to live Bento! ### 1/5 — Dont bother *2021-12-25, version 2.0* Absolute garbage app, decided to download while in the restaurant for the promo code, the food said it would be 20 mins long. Time passed and they started serving people that actually ordered in the restaurant after us. Prior to the update there was a way to add a note regarding each selection - I always added a note stating “No sesame seeds!” because of a dietary restriction. That notes field has been removed now. I had been craving a boba which they no longer had what I wanted so I convinced the coworkers to order from them. Most, if not, all of us placed our orders online for pickup. We went and the people behind the counter barely acknowledge you or give you a status on your order. Our orders were due to be completed between 12:45 and 1, needles to say, we ended up being there almost an hour and a half. Food was cold and mine was burnt which I have photos to prove. Not sure about my coworkers…but I will definitely be resisting the Bento’s urge should I have one again. ### 1/5 — App Does not work *2026-03-30, version 4.0* Where can I see the rewards ### 1/5 — Update = lost Rewards *2026-03-16, version 4.0* The new update won’t let me log in like I used to and made me create a new account and I lost allllllll my rewards and points I had with the rewards program! Not happy and. The company isn’t even responding to the emails! I am a pretty regular customer. I am there at least once a week and the rewards I lost kind pisses me off! ### 1/5 — Rewards *2026-02-21, version 4.0* Apparently, they changed their system, and I had a bunch of rewards on my last login and nothing got transferred! Be aware of the site doesn’t even work in the apps. They also don’t have a support team to help get your points back. It said it would be done by 7:15pm but was done at 6:50, which is really fast considering I ordered 15-20 minutes before. Then the food came out perfect!
