The food always arrive cold during the normal eating times as the drivers are doing other deliveries. The drivers never turn on their location so you are left wondering when your food will arrive - usually over an hour after placing your order.

do not use these people. I placed in the water with them never got delivered. I tried to reach out to. They never credited me the amount there are a bunch of thieves. Bunch of liars. Do not use them.

Hire a taxi or if you have a rental car order your food and go collect it yourself. 

As being a resident local here in Cayman and having used their service numerous times one things become clear that the value proposition has massively degraded.

Unfortunately food deliveries can take well over an hour in some cases 2 and this isn’t even the busiest time of the year here.

This business sucks and I wouldn’t trust them with your food orders. Maybe try Let’s Eat or alternatively as said go get the food yourself you’ll be much better off!

The drivers should have their phone on so that persons can track deliveries. My order was picked up 20 mins ago but when I try to track the order the driver’s phone is showing it still at the restaurant. Make the drivers have data so customers can track their location

Very disappointed! Tried to use the app to deliver food to our hotel called our credit card company because we could not get our credit card transaction to Work. Credit card company verified that there were no holds on their end…. We were really looking forward to having our favorite restaurant deliver to our hotel for our last night in Grand Cayman. Very disappointed

Thanks for magic gift certificate for Bento’s Brac launch with Le Soleil d’Or. ✨👍🏽✨Once we (me on Facebook messenger with Bento) figured out that the app works best on a phone, everything went smoothly. Food was as expected DELICIOUS. While the Farm Resturant is my favorite, I look forward to other Brac Resturants joining.  Caymanian delivery driver was a pleasant surprise. Great service.
