I placed in the water with them never got delivered. I tried to reach out to. They never credited me the amount there are a bunch of thieves. Bunch of liars. Do not use them. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible business operator and equally bad customer support *2026-02-05, version 3.5.20.20260120* Hire a taxi or if you have a rental car order your food and go collect it yourself. As being a resident local here in Cayman and having used their service numerous times one things become clear that the value proposition has massively degraded. Unfortunately food deliveries can take well over an hour in some cases 2 and this isn’t even the busiest time of the year here. This business sucks and I wouldn’t trust them with your food orders. They have not found a delivery address perfectly typed on the page and the food arrives cold. That is because they try to stack as many orders as possible onto one trip. I don’t have a problem With that but it’s irrespective of the order in which they pick up the food. So mine keeps coming freezing cold. Not about to recommend them or use any time soon. ### 1/5 — Seriously *2025-04-07, version 3.0.69.20250331* Is my food coming ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL *2024-12-08, version 2.5.9* 2 strikes against them: The first was when I ordered for delivery, utilized their chat services to change my order from ‘delivery’ to ‘pickup’. The chat services they provided doesn’t actually correspond with the drivers. As such my food was still collected (despite my changed instructions) and delivered to an empty house. The 2nd instance, was order food from a vendor the clearly stated that it is OPEN on the app. My order was made, the app (BENTO) charged my card. 20 minutes later I get correspondence from bento advising that the restaurant merchant is closed for services on that day and that I have to now wait 5days for refund. That is NUTS. ### 1/5 — If you would like to eat cold food *2024-11-26, version 2.5.9* We ordered our food 1.5 hours ago. The driver is nowhere to be found, the app doesn’t know when food was picked up, doesn’t show where the driver is. If we simply take a taxi it’s only 15 minutes drive. But after many texts to customer service, they finally indicated the driver pick up the food, and it was 45 minutes ago. I wish I knew and never used this app. It ruined our vacation. ### 1/5 — Why does this app not allow me to scan the receipt? *2024-08-18, version 2.5.9* I ate at a local Bento restaurant last night and want to scan the receipt to get my rewards points for the $45 I spent there. But there is no place in the app to scan the receipt. So, I’m not sure that I will be able to get my points even though the receipt has a bar code at the bottom and it says “Scan to receive points towards rewards!” Plus, there is a 12-digit code written under the bar code. So, I’m hoping that someone in the customer service or IT department will be able to help me out here. ### 1/5 — Slow service *2024-06-15, version 2.5.9* The service is way too slow. Food was as expected DELICIOUS. While the Farm Resturant is my favorite, I look forward to other Brac Resturants joining. Caymanian delivery driver was a pleasant surprise.
